Sorry, I've tried all the file formats I can think of. Nothing is working. Brian might have some wiser ideas, but honestly, with the file sizes so small, I fear these files are unusable.

Those files are much too small to be real raw files, aren't they? They're only around 7MB.

Ah. Brian will have wiser advice, but in my experience you can have success (sometimes) by changing the filename. Try ".tif" and ".jpg" and even ".psd" to see what happens. Also, do you mind sending me one or two of the troublesome files? https://spaces.hightail.com/uplink/BellePhotography

Don't worry, your computer knows We humans don't need to understand it, because it happens automatically. It's wonderful! However, if you like to be extra geeky you can control your profiles using the little app I discuss in this article. Again, don't worry. The computer knows. All you need to do is launch the calibration software then drag the window to the screen you wish to calibrate. It will understand your desires
