  1. Great. So I suggest trying Cooling Filter LBB for the warm cast on the back.
  2. If you need help with the processing, yes of course, you're welcome to do so.
  3. Yes, I'm confident I can help with this. Go ahead and do your raw processing as normal, then post again and we'll discuss the flare.
  4. Yes, but not here.
  5. There's no science to it. That just seemed to be an angle that was suited to the angle at which the light is flowing in the photo.
  6. Gosh no! Once you do your raw processing, then the cast correction, it'll look beautiful.
  7. That's excellent. Really good quality. Have no fear, my friend. The print will look excellent. Make sure you send a PDF file to the printer, not a jpeg. http://www.damiensymonds.net/2010/05/making-pdfs-from-photoshop.html
  8. Gosh yes, lighting is most of the battle.
  9. What? In the Raw Class Posting Area, as usual. See the pinned post in that section to refresh your memory.
  10. Great! Then you did perfectly. There's not a single thing you could have done differently.
  11. Calibrate in the dark, yes. Well, dim, at least. It certainly doesn't have to be pitch black.
  12. No, that's 78 megapixels. No way does your camera shoot 78 megapixels. I want to know the exact dimensions of the file you shot.
  13. Yes, follow the troubleshooting part of my calibration instructions. Yes, definitely don't allow them to adjust densities.
  14. You haven't actually told me what your resolution was. What are the pixel dimensions of the file that came out of your camera?
  15. Sorry, I don't understand what you're asking.
  16. Unless you have specific reason to believe otherwise, the sharpening should be the same.
  17. Before we get into that, can you post this photo in the Raw Class please?
  18. Have you read this? What leaps out from your photo and smacks me in the face is the terrible mixed lighting. You MUST get that under control if you desire beauty in your shots.
  19. You have to have them running as independent screens. In the Display control panel, have them set to "Extend" not "Duplicate".
  20. Oh! Shit!!! No wonder!!!!!!!!! When you do that, both screens assume the calibration profile of the first screen (the laptop one).
  21. Yes, great job.
  22. Channel Mixer will help it a tiny bit, but there will still be a fair bit of Handyman required afterwards. Channel Mixer: Red +100/0/0 Green +120/0/0 Blue +160/0/0
  23. Download the PSD
