What? Just double-click it in Bridge, and it will open in ACR. Do your adjustments as usual, then press the "Open Image" button.

I'm sorry to say the hands in the middle of the photo are beyond redemption. The arm on the right can sort of be fixed, though.

Do you happen to have another photo showing that guy's pants and legs? Because that's what we'd need, to transplant in there.

If you already own every single piece of camera gear that you desire, and if you have spare cash that you don't need for anything else, then yes, by all means spend it on a w-g monitor. But if there's a new lens you're lusting after, or a piece of lighting equipment, or something, do the wise thing and save your extra money towards that.
