  14. What? Of course you know how to add a Hue/Saturation layer.
  15. Maybe two Hue/Saturation layers? First Hue/Sat layer on "Soft Light" blend mode, with no adjustments. Second Hue/Sat layer on "Multiply" blend mode, with the "Colorize" checkbox checked, with 30/20/+30 for the three sliders.
