I'm sorry it's bad news.
For a long time I had an article on my website about the Smile, because I bought one too (for testing purposes). And it was so terrible that I wrote a strongly-worded article warning everyone not to buy it.
In my recent overhaul of the website I removed that article because I thought the Smile was safely in the past. I didn't realise it was still haunting some people.

So you can either:
simply choose to edit solely on that one, and only use the other (cooler) screen for emails and stuff; or
keep going with recalibrations on the cooler screen (continuing to follow the troubleshooting part of my instructions) to try to get it warmer and better.
The files you're actually working on at the moment should be on your actual computer. Only use the cloud for the jobs you've finished.
