  1. @gelz, talk to me about your screen. In what way does it differ from your prints?
  2. Hi @Kellie W, what file size does it say that they are? In either MB or KB?
  3. Offer her another shoot. She's gorgeous, so she'll look great in your portfolio anyway.
  4. Yeah, sorry. It's gotta go. She should never have seen it. https://www.damiensymonds.net/dont-show-it/
  5. From my testing, Edge seems to be fairly colour-accurate, if that's what you mean.
  6. I would say Module 2 of the Layer & Masks Class, Module 4 of the Raw Class, and the first few slides of Module 6 of the Levels Class.
  7. Hmmm .... maybe it would be better to actually set up a table with a dark tablecloth on it, take a photo, then try to put the dog on it?
  8. Sorry, I don't have a technique for that You'll just have to do your best with Photoshop's stupid "Select and Mask" feature.
  9. No, hang on. You posted to ask me about my "replace background" tutorial, but now it seems like you're saying you won't be replacing the background at all?
  10. Ta. And what background are you putting in there instead?
  11. I'm good, but I'm not psychic. I'll need to see the photo.
  12. You'll find a few different ones if you type "gradient" in the search bar. https://www.damiensymonds.net/tutorials.html
  13. I just don't understand this. How can pixels not be square?
  14. Gosh, have you read all the reviews about the stand? https://www.lg.com/au/it-monitors/lg-32ML600M-B
  15. If it's not quite right yet, you can try method 2: https://www.damiensymonds.net/cal_i1DP_pc2.html
  16. Great. So I'm wondering why you think there is a problem? This photo looks amazingly good to me. The Exposure is almost perfect, the white balance is almost perfect. It's going to turn out great!
  17. No, didn't you say your screen is much colder than your prints? You need to calibrate to a lower number.
