  1. As for calibrating, do both screens match your prints? Or is one a closer match than the other?
  2. Which colormunki do you have? And what instructions are you following?
  3. Why do you think the changes are not saving? Where are you looking?
  4. Can we see a screenshot of what you're talking about? Just want to make sure we are on the same page.
  5. Oh wow, I didn't notice it at first either. Do you have any shots from this same angle without the reflection?
  6. Yep, straight out of raw. And just checking - when you say you calibrated your screen, you mean your prints now match your monitor, right?
  7. You don't need a photo printer. You'd use your test prints from the professional lab that you usually order prints from (without color correction).
  8. Also, I noticed you said that it looked fine on your screen to you, but your client wants a reprint. Does this mean you think the canvas came out correctly, but your client just doesn't like it?
  9. Don't feel bad - I thought the same thing the first time I read this post. But then I realized what she meant, which is why I left it for you. lol
  10. I think the drop-shadow she wants goes around the image though. Not the watermark itself.
  11. Yeah I just checked. You need camera raw 8.8 which is only for CS6 and CC.
  12. You can't. But that article Anna-Lena linked above gives you a couple different solutions to your problem that may work for you.
  13. Well, you find the layer that has caused the clipping and you stop it from happening. Did you shoot raw? Have you done any editing to this image yet?
  14. Sure, you would just crop it to a vertical orientation, but you'll probably need to extend the brick work on the background so that you don't cut into the kids. What size do you intend to print this?
  15. Have you tried the dust and scratches filter yet? http://www.damiensymonds.net/2015/06/the-wonderful-dust-scratches-filter.html
  16. Only other members can see the images I'm this section. Also, make sure when you signed up for notifications you didn't pick "once a day" or some other limit. Unless of course you only want to get the email once a day.
  17. Sorry, you can't fix that unless you can borrow parts from another image.
  18. I think you might need to renew to get a refresher since you aren't setting it up correctly.
  19. Can you check this please? http://www.damiensymonds.net/art_tscs000.html
  20. Ah gotcha. And, similar to what Damien said, have you tried resetting your workspace? Or at least restarting your computer again?
  21. Noise is really common with raw and it doesn't necessarily mean you are doing anything wrong either. If you can post a 100% crop of your images, we can let you know if the noise is anything extreme.
  22. Can we see your cloning attempt? That's the first thing that came to mind too.
