  1. Doesn't it look like it turns the pixel layers off and on?
  2. I don't know, sorry. What DOES it turn on and off? Anything visible?
  3. https://www.damiensymonds.net/thread1.html
  4. Are you sure it wasn't just one bad print batch? Have you checked your previous prints to see if your screen still matches them?
  5. I've definitely got instructions for the Elite. Were you looking here? https://www.damiensymonds.net/calibration.html
  6. @Michelle Pena, I just found your thread. Buying a new calibrator will not fix your room lighting problems. They are what you need to spend money on, not a new calibrator.
  7. I've emailed you.
  8. It's "standard". Not wide.
  9. While calibrating, yes. Obviously turn them back on afterwards to compare the prints. Can you tell me the make/model of the screen?
  10. That's really late for me! Well, what monitor is it?
  11. It would be better to do it at night, but I bet it's REALLY late for you now!
  12. And you're following my instructions here? https://www.damiensymonds.net/calibration.html
  13. Then that means your room light is too dim. Remind me which Spyder you have?
  14. ... which means that your screen is too bright. Go ahead and recalibrate with lower brightness.
  15. Let's fix the issue, @tammyt. In what way does your screen differ from your prints?
  16. Oh. It's an all-in-one. No, it's not good enough.
  17. Hi @Mcgr5, those specs all look good, but the one VITALLY important spec is missing from the list. What is the Dmax rating of the scanner?
  18. Please @Lea Sugg? I'm worried that this little problem is indicative of a bigger one.
  19. Yep, just updated the link. But please remember that every fix is unique, so start a new thread with yours if you need to.
