  1. The SpyderTune feature needs direct access to the graphics card, I figure. So yeah, it sounds like the connection is interrupted when going through the Startech device, eh?
  2. Hi @RAGjr, how much troubleshooting have you done? If you connect one of the Acers direct to the dock where the Philips is presently plugged in, do you then have SpyderTune control?
  3. Because that particular photo doesn't have floor shadows, you could do it with a plain solid colour layer instead of levels.
  4. There's just a little light patch on the right-hand side I can see, where the front leg meets the back leg.
  5. Yes. You need to read my linked instructions very carefully.
  6. First, make a marquee selection across the top of the image, then add a Solid Color on that area, with the colour you showed me. Then add a Levels layer below that Solid Color layer, and use the white eyedropper to turn the white (and the dog!) into teal. Then mask around the dog carefully. Then turn off or delete the Solid Color layer.
  7. I urge you to avoid transparency if possible. It's hard to do, and impossible to do well. Try to ask them for the exact colour they need, then you and I will work together to change the background to that colour.
  8. There are several ways, yes. Can you tell me a bit more about the job? For what purpose do they need to have transparent backgrounds?
  9. You didn't try the Warp that I showed you?
  10. No, you're not crazy. It's definitely a giant arm.
  11. Ok, no worries. Well, I guess you'll have to duplicate the Background layer, convert it to a smart object, then use Edit>Transform>Warp to shrink the bottom of the photo.
  12. First, have you tried the Lens Correction tab in raw?
  13. Thank you for the payment. I sent you the file, did you receive it?
  14. No, those are the files you sent me. I just replied to your email. At the top of my reply is the payment link. Once you pay, I'll send you the files.
  15. Yes, you use it a lot because you don't know how to use layers and masks, by your own admission. CS6 is an excellent program. YOU are the weakness. Spending money unnecessarily on new software won't make YOU better. Invest in YOU.
  16. I can't put this any more plainly, Annie. Lightroom is shit. Do not use it now, and DEFINITELY do not pay to use it in the future.
  17. No, absolutely not. I already brightened it to match the leg to which it is attached. To brighten it further would look very silly. If you sign up for the Bridge Class right now, I'll send you the photo for free. Yes I will. I simply added the foot to the black jpeg file you sent me. I haven't changed its size at all.
  18. Wonderful! Then you don't need to pay anything! Just install Bridge (it came with your Photoshop, or you can get it for free from the Adobe website) and you're ready to go. DO NOT PAY $9.95 PER MONTH!!!!!
  19. Which version of Photoshop do you have at the moment?
