  1. Please @Lea Sugg? I'm worried that this little problem is indicative of a bigger one.
  2. Yep, just updated the link. But please remember that every fix is unique, so start a new thread with yours if you need to.
  3. Hi @Lea Sugg, you shouldn't have to reset. You should just have to hit the Tab key?
  4. Yeah, non-tilting monitors are a pain! I've never been forced to lay one down, but often I've had to prop their base with a book or something.
  5. No, you're following the wrong instructions. Your computer is a laptop, for all practical purposes. These are the instructions to follow: https://ask.damiensymonds.net/topic/30957-i1dp-mac-01/
  6. Thanks, you're back in class. I suggest you start by reading the new Module 4. Then get the new Flow Chart from the beginning of Module 10.
  7. If that's all, I wouldn't worry about it. If all the other colours are ok, I'd leave it as is.
  8. Thanks. And are all five of them a bit too pink on screen? Target.
  9. Which means Method 2 now. http://www.damiensymonds.net/cal_i1DP_pc2.html
  10. Then you're NOT done recalibrating your monitor. Follow the troubleshooting part of my instructions.
  11. You have to follow my directions EXACTLY this time. https://www.damiensymonds.net/calibration.html Because your screen didn't match your prints! That's why you started this thread, remember?
  12. Yes, definitely better focus.
  13. Ok, go ahead and calibrate again. Remind me which calibrator you have?
  14. If you find that your screen still matches your previous prints, then we know that there is no problem at your end. The lab must have messed up. You can write to them and as for a reprint. However if you find that your screen no longer matches your previous prints either, then we know that something has gone wrong with your screen, and you need to calibrate it again. Does that make sense?
