  1. May I see the whole screenshot? So I can see your crop tool settings?
  2. Right! Good. So, in the Options Bar at the bottom of the screen, you type "4in" in the Width field, "6in" in the Height field, and "300" in the resolution field. Then crop your photo. When you commit the crop, it will shrink on screen. Now it's at exactly 6x4 size (at the 300 ppi that Frank asked for) ready for you to save as a jpeg and send to him.
  3. What? Of course you have to choose a size! It's printing!
  4. Yep, perfect. Now, what size are you going to print it?
  5. Holy crap! NO! NEVER open a PSD in ACR. Just in Photoshop, please.
  6. Hi Kate, it's very easy. To help me assist, could you open one of your photos in PS, then choose your Crop Tool, then show me a screenshot of your whole screen? And yes, Frank is great.
  7. It's not complicated, I promise. If you know where the B key is on your keyboard, and you know how to click with your mouse, that's all you need. More importantly, trust that you can't do any harm. Just try it. That's how to learn.
  8. Shannon, for heaven's sake, stop assuming everything is complicated. All you need to do is choose the Brush Tool (press the B key) then paint. That is all.
  9. They're just as good as PCs. But no more. Therefore, they are NOT worth the inflated price.
  10. Yes, I strongly encourage it. It means re-learning your editing, but it doesn't take too long. All the info you need is in the class. The newer versions handle very bright areas better than the 2010 version.
  11. Oh no, that's terrible news. I'm so sorry. Can you update your profile details so the little sidebar says Mac?
  12. Great! Please don't wait too long to jump on board the Bridge Class. It's only $10, and it's SO useful for your workflow. And PLEASE keep posting your photos in the Raw Class. I haven't seen you for ages. https://www.damiensymonds.net/2012/01/web-browsers-and-facebook.html
  13. Heck, it could even be a typical difference between two different models of Canon cameras, or Sony cameras.
  14. NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  15. What's to elaborate? You're in Adobe RGB. I can see it at the bottom of your screenshots.
