Playing with graphics card settings is definitely not ideal, but yes, it might be necessary I suppose. After adjusting, you'd need to recalibrate.

This can't possibly be the right white balance. Her hair is kinda purple. There's a white truck in the distance (right-hand side of the photo) which you can use for white balance.

The moire can't be fixed while there is clipping (both ends of the histogram). Visit your raw processing again.
