  1. Oh yeah, you'll have to fix that of course.
  2. Yep, I think I can do that one. First, an overall Levels layer (output sliders): R 0/249 G 0/249 B 0/252 Then a Photo Filter adjustment layer for just the fabric. Cooling Filter (LLB) at 12% Density.
  3. Sorry, I don't know how to do it. It blows out their skin every time I try.
  4. *sigh* I completely got it the wrong way around, didn't I? I thought you wanted the matching to go the other way.
  5. I'm confused. Why does this photo look different now?
  6. Oh, right. Better choose a different photo then.
  7. No, the raw file please.
  8. Oh crap, sorry. Okay, try the first set of numbers I gave you. It's for the family of three all standing and looking at the camera.
  9. Okay, add a Levels layer on each photo, and move the Output sliders on each one. (Remember, the Output sliders are the ones under the gradient, NOT the ones under the histogram.) First photo: R 0/240 G 0/244 B 0/251 Second photo: R 0/249 G 0/246 B 0/248 Third photo: R 0/236 G 0/238 B 0/241
  10. Yeah, that might work! Could you send me the raw file of your photo? https://spaces.hightail.com/uplink/BellePhotography
  11. No, it has to be equivalent please. The photo you found has light behind them, but yours doesn't.
  12. Still a little too dark, but close enough. Now can you find me a link to an equivalent photo (family in the woods) with the BEC style applied?
  13. Stupid Beta is causing so many problems.
  14. Lots of people are having this problem. Some people have said they actually needed to reinstall everything.
  15. I'm pretty sure the instructions are the same.
  16. A Hue/Saturation layer: +95, 0, -75. But the masking would be insane bordering on impossible I'm afraid.
  17. It's not better than scanning if you have a good scanner. But since you don't have a good scanner, then yes, photography is better.
  18. Right. Now you should be able to see how your photo (posted earlier in the thread) was too dark. Go ahead and edit it again and post it for me.
  19. This is a strange comment. Of course you would use your actual camera, not your phone. https://www.damiensymonds.net/2010/10/tips-for-photographing-old-photos-for.html
  20. Please follow the page ALL the way to the end.
  21. Have you had a chance to try it, @Rockintes?
