8GB of RAM is the bare minimum that Adobe recommend for running Photoshop. So be careful not to have too many other programs open at the same time, while you have PS open.
Please run Glary as soon as you can.
Your free space is good.
Now, is this a problem which has only begun today? Was Photoshop acting perfectly normally yesterday?
This is perfectly normal. Not all programs are colour-managed.
On your computer, you must only ever use Bridge to browse your photos.
And on the internet, only ever use Firefox.
Gosh, darkness AND glare! Tough combo.
Yes, I'll be able to help to a degree, at least. But of course we must never do any Photoshop work until the raw processing is done, so go ahead and do that now, then post again.
This is the latest news I've seen: https://www.diyphotography.net/dxo-acquires-nik-collection-google-plans-develop/
But for now, you're probably in limbo. If Google have stopped updating it, but DxO haven't yet begun to do so ...
Easy enough to add some "rays". Add a white Solid Color layer above the gradient layer, and clip it thereto. Then invert the mask. Then with a very low opacity white brush, paint some strokes outwards from the middle of the "sun".
