This can't possibly be the right white balance. Her hair is kinda purple. There's a white truck in the distance (right-hand side of the photo) which you can use for white balance.

You don't need to mask the Color layer!

The moire can't be fixed while there is clipping (both ends of the histogram). Visit your raw processing again.
