    Generally you just duplicate the area (select a chunk of the Background layer then Cmd J), then Cmd T and stretch it down far enough: Then a bit of masking and cloning to finish it off. Download PSD

    Of course. Raw processing then Levels, exactly as I taught you. That which we call "haze" is simply absence of contrast. Have you checked that their focus is ok?
