  1. I can see absolutely nothing to suggest they would print differently. I reckon it's time to test a new lab.
  2. How did this ever turn out, @calliechinen?
  3. I think you uploaded the previous version again?
  4. Do you mind opening one of the older photos (that matches the screen) in Photoshop and showing me a screenshot of your screen? Then do the same with one of the newer photos?
  5. That won't account for printing problems, but it shouldn't be like that. Make sure you put it back to NAGP2.
  6. Whoa. Then this can't be a problem at your end, surely? Have you changed labs, or is it still the same lab? Can you double-check that Photoshop's Color Settings are on "North America General Purpose 2" the way they should be?
  7. Ok, so if you compare some prints from back when you had the Dell (and you know they matched the Dell) they don't match the Mac?
  8. Hi Rae, is this a recent problem, or have your prints always looked like this for as long as you can remember?
  9. Yes, go to the "Raw Class [Deluxe] posting area". Make sure you read the posting guidelines before you begin.
  10. Yeah, 'fraid so. Unless you have it on a backup drive.
  11. Oh, that background can work just fine, I reckon.
  12. Do your kids have hats on too? If there's no hair for you to mask around, your light background would work fine.
  13. Hi @BrittanyCollins42, could you include some example photos with your question?
  14. Oh, sorry. Yes, of course you can edit your raw files in Photoshop Elements. In Bridge, go to Preferences, and to "File Type Associations". Associate your raw files with Photoshop Elements.
  15. Go to Image>Image Size. When that window opens, make sure the "Resample image" box is checked, as well as the "Constrain Proportions" one. Then at the top of the window change the width to 2000 pixels (the height will change by itself). Then press OK. That's all there is to it.
  16. Hi Kathy, for a low res proof you'll just flatten the layers, then shrink the image size, then save it as a jpeg.
  17. A couple of weeks is enough, if you apply yourself intensely.
  18. While we're waiting for Brian, I know he made some recommendations in this thread: https://ask.damiensymonds.net/topic/23973-best-recovery-software-2019/
