  1. No, I want to know what quality level you have been choosing up til now. Specifically, what quality level did you choose when you saved this file?
  2. Please answer the question.
  3. Well, what quality level are you choosing when you save the jpeg? It looks like you're choosing a REALLY low level.
  4. Hi Gaby, did you shoot raw?

  6. Yes. Or maybe 60/3/5. Somewhere in that area.
  7. Oh gosh, I wish I could tell you! I've never found a "formula" for it. Just play around.
  8. Or something like this? https://max.mailbigfile.com/84304172b14f2d4dabfaf4b6c06a98c4/listFiles.php
  9. Did you examine the old man file on this page?
  10. Of course they can. With levels.
  11. Definitely NONE of my classes. I teach how to edit PROPERLY.
  12. Well, doesn't it just seem that the "box" which your website has allocated for a logo is too small? You need to ask the designer to make that box bigger.
  13. That's unfortunate, but not the end of the world. I think this must be a website issue? I'm sure the logo in Photoshop is bigger than on the website?
  14. Who created the logo, and what file formats do you have it in?
  15. Link updated.
  16. Yeah, the "Automatic" setting is a dog. Make sure you change it. Maybe it was this? https://www.facebook.com/groups/askdamien/posts/3170551753005003/ Much more detailed info in the Layers & Masks Class of course.

  18. I'm so sorry Roxy, I've got nothing.
  19. Gosh no. It's a throwback to the Spyder Express, or even the awful ColorMunki Smile. There's a reason those were discontinued.
  20. I don't think you can install PS and Bridge without installing Creative Cloud first.
  21. This black screen thing is the key to it: Add a Levels adjustment layer, then choose the little black eyedropper in the levels panel, and click on that screen to force it to be black. (This will make the whole photo crazy black) Then invert the mask. Then use a big 10% white brush to broadly paint over the hazy area, to apply a gentle amount of the blackness that you need.
