  1. I do have instructions for saving pdfs, but they're specifically for files with text and shapes in them. Files like yours should only ever be saved as jpegs. I'm sorry you've got such a stupid printer I expect you'll find the big files are 16-bit instead of 8-bit.
  2. If your file had any text or vector shapes in it, it would be correct not to flatten. But since it's just an image, you definitely must flatten before saving.
  3. I'm sure you realise you've done something drastically wrong. Your PDF file size is outrageously large.
  4. I need more of the backstory here. Did the printer say why they require pdfs rather than jpegs? What kind of printing is it?
  5. Ooh ... tricky one. Could you send me one of the file pairs? https://spaces.hightail.com/uplink/BellePhotography
  6. Any backdrop change is as easy, or as dreadfully difficult, as the frizziness of the subjects' hair. If you're shooting baldies, you're sweet
  7. Can we talk about it in the Raw Class first please?
  8. I can't help you unless you POST those images!
  9. If you calibrated to V2 the first time, maybe try V4? https://ask.damiensymonds.net/topic/32032-xelite-07/
  10. It should be enough to ensure that the viewer's eyes don't get drawn there, so that's good.
  11. How odd. How many files have you tried? Do they all show the same problem?
  12. Hi @mporta, this is the best I can manage: https://max.mailbigfile.com/027cf4d0ad5206dc9df54b6471f3d7b6/listFiles.php I hope it's ok.
  13. This is fairly common, and I promise, it doesn't matter a bit. You can safely leave it off.
  14. Anything and everything. I don't mind at all.
  15. What??? I showed you how I did it! Look at my layers in the file!
  16. How bizarre. Have you tried this? https://www.damiensymonds.net/2013/10/how-to-properly-re-install-spyder.html
  17. And that's the same laptop you used to have your old screen attached to? What make/model was your old screen?
  18. Hi @Brittany Elle S., maybe this? https://max.mailbigfile.com/abfea001c260221e0dbdb62005122b76/listFiles.php
