  1. Ok, first apply this Channel Mixer layer to all of them. R +100, 0, 0, 0 G +87, 0, 0, -6 B +80, 0, 0, -9 (Make sure you get those numbers in EXACTLY the right order.) Then use the Handyman Method to fix whatever problems are left.
  2. Right, that's where we start. Go ahead and recalibrate following the troubleshooting part of my instructions. It's only necessary for photos with very vivid colours. Assuming you followed my print guidelines, you aren't using any photos with very vivid colours. So the answer is, don't use soft-proofing at this stage.
  3. Gosh, it looks fantastic from here!
  4. The Channel Mixer layer turns it to grey. The blurring was done with the patch tool.
  5. 1. Try White LED for the first calibration. 2. That feature is only for laptop screens. You're not calibrating a laptop screen. It sounds like you're still reading the wrong instructions? 3. Leave it on Standard.
  6. Have a look at the individual channels in the Levels layer. See the little menu that says "RGB"? Pull that down.
  7. I'm all for those profiles. Well, never the black-and-white ones of course.
  8. Regrettably, the two sides need completely different methods. https://max.mailbigfile.com/223bc86eaab1ee515e23f6fb8c67c72f/listFiles.php https://max.mailbigfile.com/a50117e6ddf4f0ace8e8d67a2f1756dd/listFiles.php
  9. It's somewhat better. It'll do for now. Ok, may I see the eye closeups again?
  10. Ok, now go ahead and do your raw processing on the photo. I'm very sure her dress isn't supposed to be blue.
  11. Hi @Inês Maia, first of all let's fix the MUCH bigger problem. https://www.damiensymonds.net/art_tscs000.html
  12. May I see the area up close? https://www.damiensymonds.net/2013/09/grabbing-700x700px-100-crop.html
  13. Lots of people have encountered this issue, it seems. And yes, I think other people have successfully rolled back to a previous version of Photoshop.
  14. Generally I add a Solid Color layer on Multiply mode.
