To my eye, the reason the style is so effective is because of those areas of very vivid colour (red swimsuits). Do you have any photos with a bolder area of colour like that?

Well, because there's no hair, you can easily whack a Solid Color or Gradient layer in there, and mask it around the clothing without much fuss.

Yeah, one light wouldn't be enough, I'd say. Your light needs to be lovely and bright.

As long as your ceiling is white.

This is exactly why I don't recommend lamps. They're too directional. Was ceiling light not an option in your space?

Concentrate on the computer for now. If you have to use your existing monitor for a little longer while you save for another one, that's ok. Where are you? Which country, I mean?

The fade looks great!!! You nailed it. Parts of the baby's skin look a bit green to me, though. Or cyan, perhaps.

Lovely. What's your intention for the background? It would be very easy to replace it, to remove that clutter. Do you intend to do so?

Ok, good, so the TOGGLE profile isn't corrupt. I'm so sorry, I don't know. Everything seems to be working the way it should, I don't know why you're not seeing your screen change when you choose TOGGLE.

Good, so does mine. So we know the DisplayProfile app is working that far, at least. What about if you open a photo (any photo) in Photoshop, go to Edit>Assign Profile, and assign the "TOGGLE" profile. Do you see a difference to the photo? It should make it slightly lighter and a bit duller in colour.

If you click on one of the "gmmp" profiles, does it throw you an error message?

That sure is odd. Have you restarted since the last calibration?
