Can you post the files of all the photos you're comparing?

If the file (in Photoshop or Bridge) doesn't match the print, recalibrate until it does. Follow the troubleshooting part of my directions. Also, make sure you aren't just comparing one print. Gotta have half a dozen if possible.

Oh shit, you must never use the Photos app. It is not colour-managed. Only use Photoshop or Bridge.

No, you CAN use drop shadow if you wish, but not in whatever weird-ass fashion you've used it. It should be soft and gentle like mine was.

You have to turn off the Drop Shadow. Just use the Stroke.

I would have suggested Fx too. Not drop shadows, I would have suggested Stroke, but whatever works for you.

Use the same values as last time, I guess.

That raw size is still safe - that is, it's above the six megapixel limit. But it's only just above it. When your raw photos are that small, you cannot crop at all. And it sounds like you must have cropped the files that you gave to the client? And yes, it definitely sounds like you bumped your camera to small raw. Have you found that setting and put it back to where it's supposed to be?

Personally I hate super-high resolution screens, I wouldn't pay any extra money. The standard screen will be excellent.
