But if you don't have the desk space for that, there are lots of good 24" ones, like this.
Remember, whatever you're looking for MUST say "IPS panel".
And yeah, remember that you'll probably need to order the correct cable to go from your Mac to your new screen.
No, dragging won't work because they won't be the right size. You'll need to create them on your own file.
The "Dodge and burn" layer, in case you're not familiar with it, is this: https://www.damiensymonds.net/simple-dodge-and-burn-tutorial.html
Note how all the layers are clipped to the first one (the Channel Mixer one).
Yep, I see you there! You took the class in roughly 2014.
That's great. It means you don't need to pay full price to take it again, only the renewal price ($46 for another year).

No, sorry, there's no single method for this. It might be D&B, or liquify, or cloning, or fabric extension, or any combination of those.
I need to see the photo.
You'll need to know, and you'll need to write it down somewhere so you remember it for each monthly recalibration, you know?
I fear not But try it.
No they don't. The prints are what they are. They are your benchmark.
What you mean is that the screen looks slightly cooler than the prints.
On that basis, go to the "Troubleshooting" part of my calibration instructions and follow what to do when the screen is a bit too cool.
For now (the next couple of months at least) I don't want you to worry about all your old photos. They can stay in Aperture.
What we must concentrate on at the moment are the new photos you shoot. Establish your new Bridge workflow with those.
For heaven's sake stop saving photos in folders on your desktop! That's really bad for Macs.
Please?
Terrific.
I've been googling this like crazy, and I can't find out where on your hard drive Aperture has put your photos. This is so damn frustrating.
Can you do this for me?
