  1. Sorry, I meant actually open it. Double-click it, so it opens in Camera Raw. That's the screenshot I need to see.
  2. YES! That. No windows and a white light is perfect.
  3. I hope you understand the seriousness of this issue? If your nighttime editing light is so vastly different from your daytime editing light, it's a damn serious problem. Are you sure you can't change the bulb in the ceiling light?
  4. Talk to me more about this. What about if you open the blinds during the day, and view your prints in daylight?
  5. Sorry, these photos you're posting for me are of no help at all. Are you saying that your room light is too yellow?
  6. No, Lightroom would have been ok too. I just needed to make sure that you weren't viewing in a non-colour-managed program like Windows Viewer or something like that. Great. Then that is the one you edit on. Use the other one for emails and web browsing and such. This is very normal. It's almost completely impossible to make multiple screens match each other exactly, even if they're exactly the same make and model and age. So talk to me more about the smaller screen. Is it a good match, or is it still too bright?
  7. Hang on, what program are you viewing the images in?
  8. No, that's super! So, you've calibrated both of them? Do you get a better print match on one than the other?
  9. Can you please open the raw file with Bridge, and show me a screenshot?
  10. Colour space is dictated by your raw program, NOT by Photoshop.
  11. Not necessarily "wrong". But yes, there's something with the permissions. I'm going to move this thread into Brian's area, because he knows much more about this stuff.
  12. From Finder, can you double-click one of the files and open it in Photoshop?
  13. I have given you all the empowerment you need to ditch Lightroom. I don't know how else I can help
  14. Don't do ANY editing until you've finished the Bridge Class and uninstalled Lightroom.
  15. In what program are you editing your raw files?
  16. No, this is still wrong. Adobe RGB is not as terrible as ProPhoto RGB, but still very bad. https://www.damiensymonds.net/art_tscs000.html
  17. https://www.damiensymonds.net/calibration-instructions/
  18. On a Mac I'm not sure, sorry. I only know about PC. But yeah, I guess you need to try completely uninstalling the software then starting again.
  19. That's a significant problem. It definitely means your calibration is wrong.
  20. Then it's time to try a new lab. (The exact same photos)
  21. Just on the website in the usual way. https://www.damiensymonds.net/index.html
