  1. Can you please open the raw file with Bridge, and show me a screenshot?
  2. The links aren't working for me, sorry.
  3. Colour space is dictated by your raw program, NOT by Photoshop.
  4. Not necessarily "wrong". But yes, there's something with the permissions. I'm going to move this thread into Brian's area, because he knows much more about this stuff.
  5. From Finder, can you double-click one of the files and open it in Photoshop?
  6. I have given you all the empowerment you need to ditch Lightroom. I don't know how else I can help
  7. No, it is actually technically the problem.
  8. of COURSE Lightroom is the problem.
  9. Don't do ANY editing until you've finished the Bridge Class and uninstalled Lightroom.
  10. In what program are you editing your raw files?
  11. No, this is still wrong. Adobe RGB is not as terrible as ProPhoto RGB, but still very bad. https://www.damiensymonds.net/art_tscs000.html
  12. https://www.damiensymonds.net/calibration-instructions/
  13. On a Mac I'm not sure, sorry. I only know about PC. But yeah, I guess you need to try completely uninstalling the software then starting again.
  14. That's a significant problem. It definitely means your calibration is wrong.
  15. Then it's time to try a new lab. (The exact same photos)
  16. Just on the website in the usual way. https://www.damiensymonds.net/index.html
  17. Well, just rearrange your panels like I taught you in the Layers & Masks Class.
  18. The most common reason for this inconsistency is the lab. Did you mistakenly allow the lab to make adjustments to your files when you sent them for print?
  19. You don't have to save it straight away. But it doesn't hurt. Save (by hitting Ctrl S) frequently as you're editing, so you keep your PSD file up-to-date (in case you have a computer crash or a power outage). But don't save multiple PSD files of course. Only the one master PSD file.
  20. I urge you to re-read the very last module of the Bridge Class. This is spelled out very clearly.
  21. This is why you must NEVER CROP YOUR MASTER FILE. https://www.damiensymonds.net/2011/09/cropping-tutorial.html
  22. Crikey, I don't know, I'm so sorry.
  23. Maybe you need to do an entire reset on the screen?
  24. This sounds quite normal. See if your lab provides a soft-proofing profile. https://www.damiensymonds.net/2010/03/bit-about-soft-proofing.html
