Don't do ANY editing until you've finished the Bridge Class and uninstalled Lightroom.

On a Mac I'm not sure, sorry. I only know about PC. But yeah, I guess you need to try completely uninstalling the software then starting again.

That's a significant problem. It definitely means your calibration is wrong.

Well, just rearrange your panels like I taught you in the Layers & Masks Class.

The most common reason for this inconsistency is the lab. Did you mistakenly allow the lab to make adjustments to your files when you sent them for print?

You don't have to save it straight away. But it doesn't hurt. Save (by hitting Ctrl S) frequently as you're editing, so you keep your PSD file up-to-date (in case you have a computer crash or a power outage). But don't save multiple PSD files of course. Only the one master PSD file.

I urge you to re-read the very last module of the Bridge Class. This is spelled out very clearly.
