I don't know why it is, but a lot of labs seem to struggle with printing genuinely neutral black-and-whites. So yeah, remove that one from the equation.

PNG files are pixel files, so they're no good. You have to ask for the logos to be sent in vector format (eg .pdf or .ai); or recreate them yourself in vector format.
