Well you definitely didn't use 12 that time. It looks more like 0 or 1. Go back to your master file, and save the jpeg again. Make very sure it's 12. See how it looks.

Well, doesn't it just seem that the "box" which your website has allocated for a logo is too small? You need to ask the designer to make that box bigger.

That's unfortunate, but not the end of the world. I think this must be a website issue? I'm sure the logo in Photoshop is bigger than on the website?
