You need to have a website which allows you to host full-resolution files. Maybe you need to pay for a pro subscription or something like that?

When you posted this question, I didn't realise you were talking about the same website. I assumed people would be viewing the photos on your website, and telling you which ones they'd like to order; then you would prepare those photos in high-resolution (at 11:15) and email them to them. But was I wrong about that?

Remember how you found this? The bolded part is really important. These sizes are for online presentation only. They're MUCH too small to be downloaded and printed. At this point in the thread, we were just discussing how to put your photos on your website for people to view them. At least, that's what I thought we were discussing.

Then let's start again. This is REALLY important, because it's catastrophic if you get it wrong. I'm going back to read the thread again from the start, so I can get my head straight.

I'm not talking about the shape, I'm talking about the size. 1100x850 is not even one megapixel. You need at least six megapixels for printing.

Why would they download them? Do they know they can't print them? Do YOU know they can't print them? They're MUCH too small.

Not crazy at all. Thousands and thousands of people make the same mistake as you. Apple are great at marketing, not so great at making screens. Edit on the 24" one, and use the 27" one for panels, email, etc.

The important question is, does either screen match your pro lab prints?

Hi Karen, is the 24" one running from the 27" computer? It's not attached to a different computer? This is very common, I'm afraid, and pretty much un-fix-able when you have poor-quality screens like these. Which Spyder do you have?

Can we clarify one more time? These images (the 1100x850 ones) aren't the ones you're letting the clients download, are they?

Yeah, maybe better change it to the size we've been working on, eh?

Still a little inconsistent, but enormously improved from the older ones.

I'd prefer to see a few more raw images first.

Yeah, thanks. I just spotted that for somebody else yesterday.

By the way, I used a 3% brush for that. I wouldn't advise going any higher. It'll get really blotchy really fast.
