  1. Have you simply checked the cables, to make sure they're plugged in firmly?
  2. Ok. You said you have two screens plugged in to your computer, and you've calibrated one of them, is that right?
  3. This is the best I can manage, I'm afraid: It's something, at least?
  4. Download the PSD It's done with this method, of course.
  5. This?
  6. Can you send me the file you printed?
  7. The reason this style works is that there's nothing black, or even particularly dark, in the photo. So no, your guy has dressed badly for this situation.
  8. Was this before or after the problem appeared?
  9. No. For that I'd make a new blank document, and File>Place your master PSD into it.
  10. No, it's the top group you need to mask.
  11. It doesn't matter. Just do exactly what I said.
  12. I'm so sorry Ashleigh, I've got nothing. It's very severe.
  13. What happens if you remove the action, then re-load it from where it's saved on your hard drive? Does simple re-loading fix the problem?
  14. I'd say it's the Gradient Map layer.
  15. Can you define "all of a sudden"? Do you remember which day this started happening?
  16. Make sure you follow my calibration directions here.
  17. Which Spyder do you have? Oh heck yes, that might be relevant. Probably better recalibrate right away, eh?
  18. I promise, your file is perfect. Smooth as silk. Can you try something for me quickly? Go to Edit>Assign Profile, and assign your monitor profile to the image. Does that make it look worse, better, or no change?
  19. Can you send me a full-resolution file with the problem?
  20. Do you see it here in this thread as well? On your computer, I mean? Or is it only visible in Photoshop?
  21. Yes, it's not visible to me either. So it must be a problem with your screen or graphics card.
  22. Well, I would ask them to send you one of their raw files right away, to check.
  23. Perfect.
  24. As long as you're sure they're not too wide ... ?
